I’ve been doing steel cut oats with walnuts and apple—plus 3 tablespoons hemp, 2 tablespoons flax, and one tablespoon chia. Some soy milk and a little maple syrup.
My favorite lately has been a savory lentil bowl for breakfast. I like to make it a little brothy and load it up with lots of veggies. What is your go-to plant-based breakfast right now? And does it actually keep you full
I eat a oatmeal with flax and chia seeds and sometimes I also add oat bran and wheat bran. This keeps me full until lunch and sometimes longer. Thanks for asking and thanks for these breakfasts.
It already feels like summer here in the South so I’m big on smoothies in the morning: unsweet soy milk, silken tofu, ground flax, hemp hearts, frozen berries & banana, oats, honey (can sub maple syrup). So good!

Sounds delish! And soy milk is one of the highest in protein of the alt milks 🙂

These all sound great! I’m not vegan, but I always crave more options for breakfast
